I Am Diversity: The Unconscious Bias Initiative Oral History Project

Project Summary

I Am Diversity: The Unconscious Bias Initiative is a program from the University of Kentucky Office of Institutional Diversity to create a universally accessible model of diversity education that illuminates the fundamental links between human identity, intersectionality, and inclusion. Each story provides a glimpse of the person beyond surface appearance, seeking answers to questions such as: Who do other people think you are? What do you wish they knew about you? How do you describe yourself? What has been your diversity story?
