This interviewer was conducted by Kendall Rowe, a UKY senior in Mechanical Engineering and French and Francophone Studies. She interviews her paternal uncle, Edward Rowe (Uncle Eddie), for her MCL 190: Introduction to Global Jewish Foodways: Israeli Food and Foodways course. This global foodways oral history interview discusses Uncle Eddie's family history and how impacted his relationship with food.
