Interview Summary
This primarily Urdu language interview with Anjuman Rashid, wife of Shahid Rashid, begins with a discussion of her father, who was a physician in Rajasthan (India) and a member of of the All-India Muslim League. She then talks about her parents' reactions to migrating to Pakistan, as well as her reaction to the death of Pakistan founder Mahomed Ali Jinnah. Rashid then talks about her children, who grew up and were educated in England. Rashid then moves on to talk about the realization of Mahomed Ali Jinnah's vision for Pakistan. She then talks about corruption facing Pakistan, and what needs to change in order for Jinnah's vision to be fully realized.Interview Accession
