Interview Summary

Dorr owned two family restaurants in Union Beach, New Jersey. After the storm she helped with the local donation and pantry centers. She dismissed the storm when she first heard about it and expected little damage. However, when she went to check out her business after the storm it had been almost completely destroyed. After the storm she moved her business to a new location, and restored old doors that were ruined during the storm. She use the doors as tables and dividers in her Jakeabob's restaurant.
