In this interview, A.B. ?Happy? Chandler talks about the insignificant impact of the New Deal programs in Kentucky and contrasts his governorship with that of Ruby Laffoon. He describes the abuse of New Deal agencies in Kentucky, and politicians who supported the New Deal.
