Interview Summary
Rogers talks about how he got into the University of Kentucky and got on the golf team. He talks about why he was unable to play in competitions his freshman year. Rogers talks about his coaches. He talks about what he remembers about campus life at University of Kentucky. Rogers talks about how there wasn't much emphasis on golf in the UK Athletics funding. He talks about traveling to tournaments. He talks about the different courses they practiced at, and playing at tournaments. Rogers talks about how the women had curfews but the men didn't, and talks about the woman who played on the golf team when he was at UK. He talks about how things were different as far as getting gear, tutoring, and traveling. He talks about marrying his wife, getting his MBA, and buying a petroleum business.Interview Accession
