Albert "Happy" Chandler talks about his time as Governor of Kentucky as well as the many politicians that he helped or befriended. Chandler discusses the intricacies of helping politicians and owing favors while remaining independent and genuine. One such example was when Chandler helped a man run for office but when the man's son asked him, Chandler turned him down due to a lack of experience. Chandler also talks about his opinion of current presidential and gubernatorial elections. Finally, Chandler talks more about his personal life, his business investments, and family.
