Interview Summary
Evans discusses his early life in Barbourville (Ky.) in regard to the environment and the waste disposal systems that were available at the time. He describes how his family would dispose of garbage and how that has changed over time. He discusses how more environmental education needs to occur in order to clean up the environment.
