Interview Summary

William Allen, born in Henry County, Kentucky in 1921, served in the Navy during World War II as a radio operator. Allen spent time in North Africa, Sicily, Italy, and Southern France during his service in the military. Allen joined the Navy in August 1942 and was discharged in March of 1946.
