Interview Summary
In this interview Hussein Shakra discusses his background growing up in Jaffa and his path to starting the popular blog, Cake Lab. Shakra also talks about his professional training as a pharmacist, his love of fondant, and his pursuit of professional pastry chef skills at Bishulim in Jaffa.
