Interview Summary
In this interview Uri Jeremias discusses his life as a restauranteur in Israel, his restaurant Uri Buri, and his general approach to food and Israeli cuisine. Jeremias also discusses his life before entering the food industry, the destruction and reopening of his restaurant, and his commitment to creating a peaceful future. During the interview, Jan Fernheimer, the interviewer, eats from Jeremias's tasting menu and comments on the taste and composition of his food.Interview Accession
