Interview Summary
This interview discusses a variety of topics regarding the experiences of Cathy Thomas while she was living in Mt Sterling, Kentucky. The interview focuses on the integration process in Mt Sterling, including the burning down of Dubois School. Moreover, Mrs. Thomas discusses her personal experiences during the integration process and the impact it had on her life and the black community. Additionally, the interview discusses Mrs. Thomas' childhood neighborhood and the 1976 death of her childhood friend.Interview Accession
