Interview Summary

Douglas Morton, a farmer from Cane Creek, works with Thomas Arcury to detail the houses within Powell County around Cane Creek. Arcury shows Morton many images of homes or the remnants of homes and Morton describes the history of each site to the best of his ability. Most sites are given a current and past owner and Morton gives an estimate of when he thinks the house was built, if applicable. Morton gives information on sites 55 through 120 with varying levels of detail based on Morton's knowledge and the history of each site.
