Interview Summary

Dr. Alberto Carrillo discusses his experiences growing up across Ecuador and Venezuela, his community, and his experiences as a student in higher education in Ecuador, Canada, and the US across his life. He talks about his transition to working as a psychologist and his community involvement via his work in the church. He talks about his journey to Lexington and lived experience watching the community grow. He expands on his work of founding a Bible college and the other work he's done to support Latinos in the legal system.
