Interview Summary

This interview discussed the past, present, and future of Scott County farming. Evans, owner of Evans Orchard, explained his transition to agritourism. He also traced briefly the family ownership of Evans farm, issues that arose during COVID, and his family's relationship with the University of Kentucky growing up.
