Interview Summary

Aiko Nakashima Allen was a World War II atomic bomb victim who survived the attack on Nagasaki, Japan. She describes her experiences as a child in wartime Japan and gives a detailed account of the bombing and her feelings on nuclear weapons. The interviews in this collection were conducted by middle school students as part of an educational media project under the direction of Henderson County North Middle School teacher Roy Pullam.
