Interview Summary
In this interview Dr. Joyce Hamilton Berry describes her formative years in Lexington, Kentucky. She discusses attending high school at Dunbar and her perception of race relations at that time. Dr. Berry also describes her experiences at the University of Kentucky and her connections with the civil rights movement in Lexington, Kentucky. She describes her career as a psychologist and her publications in a number of magazines. In addition, Dr. Berry discusses her numerous appearances on various television programs.Interview Accession
