In this interview Janna Gur discusses her influence on shaping Israeli food, foodways, and defining Israeli cuisine. She discusses her background emigrating to Israel in 1974, from what was then the Soviet Union, and then editing the esteemed food magazine Al Ha-Shulchan (on the table), her authoring of several important cookbooks in English and editing even more in Hebrew.Interview Accession
