Terry Woodward discusses the creation and ongoing activity of the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Owensboro, Kentucky. He discusses the Bluegrass Music Museum's founding and initial connection with the International Bluegrass Music Association, how the museum had to be spun off into its own separate entity after it's original construction ceased, its continued growth, and it's relationship with the city of Owensboro.Interview Accession
