Interview Summary
In this interview, Joe Issac talks about his parents, life in Lexington, and having no trouble with discrimination. He talks about having a Lebanese family dinner every year and his father?s chain of movie theaters. Issac discusses establishing the Burger Shake in Lexington, as well as a steakhouse and a dry cleaning business. He talks about feeling little connection to Lebanese culture and identity, but shares anecdotes about his grandparents? work in Lebanon.Interview Accession
