Interview Summary
Rodney Snowden, Billy Cooper and Glen Richardson describe springs they have used in Powell and Estill counties. They talk about how residents used springs before the advent of city water. Rodney provides a personal history of Spout Springs and talks about the relationship between springs and moonshine.
