David Parish became the mayor of Madisonville, Kentucky in 1946. Throughout his political career he served under seven different governors of the state of Kentucky: Simeon S. Willis, Earle Clements, Happy Chandler, Bert Combs, Ned Breathitt, Lawrence Wetherby, and Louis Nunn. In this interview, he talks about his relationship with Earle C.
