Interview Summary
Stan Mills discusses his life, growing up on Stinking Creek, and his experiences with Peggy Kemner and Irma Gall and Sue Meadows and the Lend-A-Hand Center. Stan is a successful accountant who credits Irma with pushing him to go to school. Stan recalls his family gardening and his experiences helping on the farm at the Center. Stan discusses changes and the future of gardening in the area. He tells of how Peggy and Irma have impacted him personally and how they have affected the community. Stan comments on the future of the Lend-A-Hand Center, Stinking Creek, and issues the community is currently dealing with.Interview Accession
