Interview Summary

Willie Carver, Jr. is a former teacher from Montgomery County, KY who previously was given the Kentucky Teacher of the Year award but later resigned due to LGBTQ+ discrimination. He described his experiences as a teacher, a husband, and an individual throughout the start and height of the pandemic.
