Interview Summary

This is an interview with Brian Behr, the general manager of The Village Idiot, a gastropub founded in 2012. He talks about designing its menu of traditional pub food with a gourmet twist and shares his experience working in a fine dining restaurant in Colorado. In addition, he talks about his father and brother, who also own businesses in Lexington.
