Interview Summary
Douglas Morton, a lifelong resident of Cane Creek, begins the interview by providing a timeline of his life. Morton's family history is also considered. His childhood is detailed, which was spent both in Powell County, and in Covington, Kentucky for a brief period of time. The operations of Morton's childhood farm, and the community of Cane Creek are detailed. The livelihoods of his grandfathers are also mentioned.
