Fr. Fischer explains how the Traditional Latin Mass (TLM) came to the diocese of Lexington, KY and specifically how it came to St Frances de Sales parish in Scott County. He details the history of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP) and it's part in bringing the TLM to Lexington and St. Frances de Sales. Fr.
