Interview Summary

In this interview Uri Scheft discusses his background, early childhood in both Israel and Denmark, and his path to becoming a widely-known baker. Scheft also talks about his education as a baker and pastry chef, his various businesses, and opening his own bakeries the Lehamim Bakery in Israel and Bakey Bakery in Boston, among other topics.
