Interview Summary
This interview covers two main topics: Fred Noe's recollections of his father, Booker Noe, including his personality and his work at Jim Beam; and Fred's experience taking over his father's role as the figurehead of the Beam family. Fred describes differences between his job, which is heavily focused on sales and marketing, and his father's, which was more rooted in the physical production of bourbon.
