Interview Summary
Brown discusses his childhood home and the way his family dealt with water, sewage, and trash. He discusses his education and military service. Brown talks about his career as a community programs developer for rural development. Brown discusses the pollution in Eastern Kentucky and the challenges of wastewater construction. Brown discusses his first impression of PRIDE and the short-lived partnership between rural development and PRIDE.
