Interview Summary

Conkin and Graves discuss growing up in Monroe County and how the environment has changed since they were children. They talk about the state of solid waste and water quality when they were kids and how it has evolved since then. Both discuss how they grew up on farms, the variety of jobs they have had over the years, and their educations. Conkin and Graves both discuss the work that PRIDE has done in the county and how much of an impact it has had on illegal dumping sites and roadside litter.
