Interview Summary

Owner of El Espolon Mexican Restaurant on Jefferson Street. Moved to the Nashville-area from the Mexico City-area to work in a variety of restaurants in a number of different roles before opening his first restaurant in 2008. Boxing coach played instrumental role in his life. Opened El Espolon with wife-- they live upstairs with his children from another relationship. He has become an advocate for equal parental rights at the state level.
