Interview Summary
Whattenberger discusses his involvement with Personal Responsibility in a Desirable Environment (PRIDE) throughout his tenure as mayor of Loyall (Ky.). He describes his issues with the program as well as what he thinks needs to be done in his city. He describes the issues facing Loyall in regard to the wastewater treatment facility and the politics of connecting to a regional facility.Interview Accession
