Interview Summary

Annie Belle Walters tells her life story from when it began in Birmingham, Alabama, to her time in Lynch, Kentucky. She talks about her marriages and her personal opinions on each. Walters also describes what it was like living in a small mining town, she talks about each of the immigrant groups that lived there, and what the living conditions were like. She reflects on the segregation that was present during her life and how it affected her.
