Interview Summary

Amburgey was a principal that oversaw the desegregation of Redfox School. He notes the hypocrisy of white people being willing to integrate at church, but objecting to the integration of children at school. The interviewer, Carl Smith, claims that slavery in Appalachia was not as bad as slavery elsewhere.
