Interview Summary

Burrows talks about her family background, childhood, and education. Then she recounts how she got started in the bourbon industry from the service industry. She speaks on her experiences in the bourbon industry within the different positions she has held, then she talks about the COVID-19 impact. Burrows goes in-depth about diversity and women in the industry. She talks about the beneficial changes and the barriers that have yet to move for women. Finally, she talks about her favorite bourbons, her mentors, and what she sees as the future for Beam Suntory.
