Interview Summary

Heather Wibbels discusses her journey through the bourbon industry and her participation in the Bourbon Women organization. Wibbels discusses her childhood and education, transitioning from software testing to massage therapy before eventually working in the bourbon industry. She talks about the different roles she's had in the industry, including working as a writer, advertiser, cocktail judge and managing director of Bourbon Women. Wibbels also discusses the challenges present for women trying to work in the distilling industry and how the industry has made progress on that front.
