Norbert Joseph Maguire graduated from Good Shepherd High School in Frankfort, KY. and enrolled at the University of Kentucky in the fall of 1965 and earned his degree in History in 1981. In this interview he discusses graduating from high school, enrolling at U.K., local politics, and the beginning of the Vietnam War.
