Interview Summary

F. Darrell Mattingly, Jr. is a computer specialist at the Human Development Institute, and serves on both statewide and local committees in order to advance the disability community, including but not limited to the Kentucky Statewide Independent Living Council and the Hart-Supported Living Council. In this interview, he describes his experiences as a Kentuckian with cerebral palsy, his disability work, and his wishes for advancement of disability rights and community.
