Interview Summary

Abdel Galil Mohamed served as a host country Peace Corps Counterpart in Yemen, in 1978-1979. Abdel was employed by the World Health Organization (WHO) smallpox immunization program. He worked with approximately 40 PCVs. He traveled throughout the country with PCVs and discusses some of the difficulties they encountered. He describes PCVs as very good people, patient, and self motivated.
