Interview Summary

Tom FitzGerald discusses numerous environmental concerns he dealt with while he was in charge of the Kentucky Resources Council, from nuclear protests and mountaintop removal mining to dam protests. He also describes how he came to move to Kentucky from New York and why chose to attend law school to pursue environmental issues. He also goes into great detail about state legislative decisions about the environment.
