Interview Summary
Charlotte Baldwin was a pioneer as the second female mayor in Kentucky. She served as mayor of Madisonville from 1977-1982(?), then left to work as a cabinet head in the Martha Layne COllins administration. She was also KLC's first female president in 1981. She discusses her life of service as well as her role as a wife and mother.Interview Accession
