Interview Summary

This is an interview with Kimmye Bohannon of The Weekly Juicery. She describes how how her business evolved from a fresh juice delivery service run from her home to a storefront with nine employees. She also discusses the difficulties involved with selling unpasteurized juice, which includes its short shelf life and the way that it is frequently misunderstood by health department officials.
