Interview Summary
In this interview, Phillipe recounts his experience of the earthquake. He shares what he thinks caused it to happen. He talks of how the State and the international organizations are responsible for the bad living conditions of the victims. He does not trust the international community to help develop Haiti. He mentions the sectors he thinks should be the priority solutions to Haiti's struggles. He says how he feels about the idea of returning to live in his house. He does not want another earthquake in any shape or form because of how he was affected by what happened. The earthquake completely changed his behavior and lifestyle.Interview Accession
