Interview Summary

At the time of this interview, Emily Grenfell was a junior at the University of Kentucky. She is pursuing a double major in pre-med and Spanish. Emily mentions how she is contributing to the UK community by being involved in several ways. She is an active member of Pi Beta Phi sorority, a mentor, a volunteer, a member of the UK Honors Program, and a member of other various clubs, which ar the main ways she donates her time. Her discussion focuses on her experiences that have led her to this point in life as a UK student and lists goals and aspirations she has for the future.
