Interview Summary
Ellis discusses his positions as solid waste coordinator and PRIDE coordinator for Bath County. Ellis discusses programs PRIDE money has funded in the county, including tire amnesty and appliance buybacks. Ellis talks about garbage collection and sewerage in the county. Ellis also discusses dump cleanups and why he believes people dump in the county.
