This interview with musician, artist, and Zen teacher Richard Sisto was conducted in 2005 at his home with wife, artist Penny Sisto, at their home in Indiana. Sisto talks about his thoughts on Merton's spirituality and reputation, and shares his personal memories of spending time with Merton. Richard and Penny Sisto were also interviewed as part of Atkinson's documentary "Morgan C. Atkinson Documentary Interviews: The Many Storeys and Last Days of Thomas Merton."Interview Accession
