Interview Summary

R. A. Edwards and Henry White discuss the Black community that resided in a neighborhood known as the Lower Bottom in Hickman, Kentucky. They talk about how the sharecroppers worked in the cotton fields, and discuss their living conditions. They also share how race relations affected African American citizens in Hickman.
