In this interview, Luckett talks about his life in Owensboro as a member of the community. He begins by talking about growing up in Owensboro, and living through the Great Depression and World War II. He talks about the political leaders in Owensboro, including the Hager family. He talks about the economic changes that Owensboro has gone through, the changes his work has had on the community, and the hopes he has for the future.Interview Accession
