Interview Summary
Howard "Leo" McMillen provided an interview that addressed his professional experiences as a surveyor in Kentucky during the 1950's-1970's as well as his service from 1981 to 2009 with the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. His early work as a surveyor included memories of location surveys through final construction of the Mountain Parkway; survey work on local secondary roads, as well as portions of I-75 near London and I-75/pre I-71 locations in Northern Kentucky. His interview described his professional experiences with LTAP, the Technology Transfer Program of the Kentucky Transportation Center.Interview Accession
